Step 1 Find the column that matches your assigned stance:

• Synchronous Learning (real-time interaction, immediate feedback).
• Asynchronous Learning (flexibility, self-paced learning).
• Blended Learning (a mix of both approaches).

Click the “+” button to add a post under the column.
Write your argument, explaining why you think this approach is the most effective for teaching and learning. At least one example of how this method benefits students or teachers. A challenge of your approach and how it can be addressed

Tip: You can enhance your post by adding an image, video, or external link that supports your argument.
