FIRST FORUM CONTRIBUTION
I am an extrovert and a kinesthetic learner, individual differences have greatly impacted my language learning journey, especially in group settings. I learn best through hands-on activities and practical experiences. I find it hard to cope with traditional teaching methods like lectures. I learn best when I can apply concepts directly or engage in practical experiences. Generally I am a motivated learner, and I can deal with listening tasks and reading, but my biggest challenge is writing and application of grammar. Ideally in a foreign language classroom, teaching strategies that incorporate practical application and group work are most effective for learners like me. Activities such as role-playing, interactive games, and real-life simulations not only help me understand the language better but also keep me engaged and motivated throughout the learning process.
